Need Login Help?

This page covers the most common login questions including username/password issues, how to sign in through a benefits app, and what to do if you can’t find your credentials. Read the short sections below for step‑by‑step guidance.

  • Let’s see if you need one! If your company uses Castlight, Engage, Credence, WellBeacon or Spring Health, you can log in to 2Morrow Health directly through your benefits app. For specific instructions, look below.

    2Morrow Health must be activated through your benefits app to receive credit for completing the 2Morrow Health program.

    If you don’t have a benefits app and you signed up from an employer or state page, an email from 2Morrow is sent to you with your assigned username and password.

    Only assigned usernames and passwords will work! You will get an error message if you enter anything else.

    If you can’t find your email, you may wish to check your junk folder. You can also sign up again on your employer or state page. If you need the page link, please contact us for additional help.

    If you are not sure which login method to use, contact us at support. Please include your company or state name so we can help!

  • First, download 2Morrow Health onto your phone. Next, close the 2Morrow Health app. If you enter anything into the login screen, you will get an error!

    To finish login:

    • Open your benefits app on your phone.

    • Find the 2Morrow Health option in your benefits and select.

    • On the 2Morrow Health page, click Visit. If you see a Welcome page, click Login.

    • This will open 2Morrow Health and connect your accounts. Once activated, 2Morrow Health will open with the icon.

    • If you get logged out of 2Morrow Health, re-activate through your benefits app.

  • If you signed up on your employer page, an email is sent to you from 2Morrow with your assigned username and password. If you can’t find the email or have lost your credentials, we may be able to do a look up for you. Please contact us from your work email or make the request through your HR or benefits provider.

    You can also reach out to support by clicking on the Contact Support option from the 2Morrow Health sign in screen. Add your request and send!

    For privacy reasons, we do not look up state or public health assigned credentials.

  • You will need an internet connection when activating 2Morrow Health.

    A login error may occur if the download was incomplete or the app has been corrupted. Fully delete the app and reinstall, then try the login again.

    Still not working? Click on Contact Support on the 2Morrow Health login screen in the app and send us the email.

  • Yes! You can use 2Morrow Health on your computer or tablet by signing in through our web app here. No smartphone required.
